I have found a new kind of card that I LOVE!!! It is an envelope card! It is made from one sheet of 12x12 Botanical Gazette Designer Series Paper, some sticky tape and the embellishments of your choice! I modified the directions that I found on this great blog http://thepixiecottage.blogspot.com/2010/03/super-envelope-card-tutorial-from-anne.html When it calls for sewing the envelope, I did not do that. My sewing skills are sadly minimal! I used double sided sticky tape instead. I finished it off with Night of Navy ribbon and a label using the Elizabeth stamp. Had to then add some self adhesive pearls! It was really fun to make and really easy too! I also made one using a 6x6 sheet of DSP. It is the perfect size for a gift card!
