This is a CASE from the Summer Mini page 20. I made this card with my May hostess clubs and with my FREE birthday classes. I used a good old standby technique! Poppin' Pastels! Each of the flowers were stamped with Versa Mark then pounced on with pastels. It really does make the image pop don't you think? What is your favorite stamping technique?
